- Pictures or videos of the item if it's broken

- Your delivery address

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact MAXGROOM’s customer service team at service@maxgroom.cn to receive the return address.
  2. Your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  4. Tell us the tracking information after shipping.

MAXGROOM will process your returns within three business days after we receive the returned packages. 

Refunds and Exchanges

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

For items with manufacturing defects: MAXGROOM will bear up to $10 for shipping cost.

For items without manufacturing defects: You are responsible for return shipping cost. Kindly suggest you use a shipping service with tracking number, as it may affect the refund process without tracking.
